DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free Shipping within the contiguous USA will be carried out with one of our trusted carriers and arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Orders ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. For expedited delivery, we offer an express option at checkout that arrives within 2-4 business days.Tracking and insurance included.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Global Shipping with a network of reliable carriers. The rate for shipping will be displayed at checkout and is based on both the country and the order/package size. Tracking and insurance included.
DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
If you live in a country where import taxes are payable, please note duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer to ensure final delivery.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
We use carriers that provide accurate and timely tracking services. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment's journey. If you need help with your delivery, please contact the carrier's customer service directly.
It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address for the delivery as well as track their order, make delivery arrangements, and be physically available to accept the package, if necessary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of your order's shipment date. We accept returns and exchanges on all unused, undamaged items received in the original packaging and in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection of your items, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Eligibility requirements: The bag needs to be in it's original pristine condition, including the protective plastic coverings, packaging materials and hang tags intact. If the bag is found to be used, damaged, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a return and may be sent back to the customer.
If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.
To submit a return, simply email support@oakandrove.com with your order number and the details of your request.
For our US customers, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, we ask customers to make their own shipping arrangements with a reliable service at their cost.
Please note, expedited shipping is a third party service and this cost cannot be refunded.
Our team will respond to you as soon as possible. We typically respond within one business day. Our offices are closed for major Holidays and weekends.
RESTOCKING FEE
A $15 restocking fee will be applied to all returns in order to cover the convenience of a prepaid label as well as labor costs associated with inspection and restocking.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased from any liquidation event or clearance sale are Final Sale, sold as is, and are not valid for return, exchange, or refund.
If you received a defective item, we do cover Clearance Sale items under our regular lifetime warranty.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
As a testament to our craftsmanship, all of our bags are backed by a limited lifetime warranty from manufacturer defects.This warranty does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, poor maintenance, other unnatural usage situations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to Oak & Rove within a 30 day period of discovery.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:
- Bags purchased through third party vendors.
- Bags purchased on discount or final sale.
- Daily wear and tear occurring through normal use over time.
